Production of AOC Marcillac: visits of the vineyards, the cellars, free tasting and sales. Groups by prior arrangement.
Half way between Conques and Rodez, the vineyards cover some 500 acres in the heart of a precious valley. The main grape variety is the mansois, it is only exceptionally mixed and never more than 10%. the soil makes the difference by providing subtle nuances according to the location: limestone on the upper slopes, limestone scree on "rougier" mid-slope and "rougier" lower down.
